A final thought
Tomorrow, win or lose, there will be some people who won’t want to to talk or read about politics for a while. I understand it, and I might be one of them. So let me say this now.
I was born and raise in CT, and have voted there in the presidential elections 2000, 2004, and 2008, and the federal elections inbetween. I lived there in the 90s, when a certain CT politician tried to ban the sale of violent video games. In 2000, I voted Democratic, hoping that said politician would be elected Vice President, a first for his religion. I’ve watched him in the years since move farther and farther to the right. This year, he spat in the face of everyone who voted for him 8 years ago and every federal election since. To him I say the following:
