The Scales of Josh and Petra
Though I’ve been running consistently for 17 weeks, my scale seemed to indicate that I had lost no weight. I assumed weigh redistribution, muscle weighs more than fat, etc. It turns out, my digital scale was just broken. Yesterday we started using Petra’s as our main scale, and I have indeed lost weight, somewhere between 10 and 15 pounds.
I ran 36 miles in the last 7 days, the Marathon is 7 weeks from today!
